Pioneer Engineering & Environmental Services, LLC is proud to announce that 2024 marks our 35th year in business. Throughout all those years, we’ve worked hard to deliver a high-quality work product and provide competent, helpful advice to our clients on a wide range of environmental, geotechnical and construction matters. Over that time, the company’s leadership and management team have remained largely intact, which has led to a consistency that is hard to match in our competitive marketplace. Similarly, our staff and project managers/technical personnel are long-tenured and well-versed in their respective fields.
Pioneer has developed a solid reputation as a practical, business-oriented firm that understands the needs of its clients and how best to advise them on potential risks. We are especially qualified with resolving environmental issues in connection with real estate transactions and regulatory closures, which have become focused areas of expertise. Drawing from our environmental and geotechnical backgrounds, we have the knowledge to assist with the many factors and challenges involved in Brownfields redevelopment projects. Our technical-based solutions complimented by a practical approach have proven to be a successful combination and has led to our ranking as the #1 firm in the State for obtaining NFR (No Further Remediation) letters through the Illinois EPA (see chart below).
